Future Proof Skills (FPS) is a comprehensive skill training and work readiness program for post-secondary students and graduates. It is designed to ensure youth have the skills they need to thrive in a fast changing, dynamic and uncertain world increasingly shaped by digitization, automation, climate change, and global interconnectedness. FPS is based on a review of 25 leading future of work reports to determine the priority skills in demand by employers.
